He established new singles groups in Berlin, Germany; Geneva, Switzerland and Dusseldorf, Germany. The others are stabilized and have very much developed.
At the EBS Singles track of March 2012, we heard about the need to be confident in God´s strength, being or looking for an armour bearer and trusting in God´s possible action and work through us! (1.Sam 14,1-23) Terry Folker shared about the plans and need for help by organizing European Singles Conference in Berlin. Furthermore, we discussed what sisters could do to encourage brothers to lead and take responsibility for the fellow singles.
We are going to call each other (singles leaders) on Skype, to encourage each other, exchanging thoughts of ways of connecting with each other even “physically”, helping to grow in our Singles groups and praying for each other. We want to meet for those calls on the Saturday after the Fasting-and-Prayer-Day at 10 o`Clock for 1 hrs.
There are still other possibilities and ways to help:
- Practically, helping to organize the Singles conference in Berlin (making a video, etc.),
- Organizing dates, retreats, weekends in some churches or in some other areas,
- Visiting each other,
- Helping churches within their needs ( Barcelona evangelism).
- Involving yourself into your local Singles group!
- Establishing a Singles homepage.
