Honduras Church Hosts Worship Concert on Campus

The campus ministry joined forces with the worship ministry of the San Pedro Sula Church of Christ and held an outdoor concert on campus at the Autonoma University. The purpose of the concert was to promote 'Values in Action.' The worship band played over 15 awesome praise and worship songs over the course of an hour and a half and had over 300 students attend! Omar Zamboni, the campus minister, also preached a short but powerful message to all that attended, challenging them to seek God and the truth found in the Bible and to live a life with values. It was an incredible time of evangelism and encouragement as we worshiped God together. The feedback and comments from the visitors were also encouraging and reminded us that so many people are searching for meaning and purpose in their lives and we must continue to share the 'answers' as we fulfill the great commission!
